Implementation of the Hungarian Qualifications Framework and the application of learning outcomes between 2015 and 2020

The Progress report presents the developments and results achieved in the implementation of HuQF between 2015 and 2020. It covers how the introduction of the HuQF has affected the application and validation of learning outcomes in the subsectors of the education system.

The Progress report presents the developments and results achieved in the implementation of HuQF between 2015 and 2020. It covers how the introduction of the HuQF has affected the application and validation of learning outcomes in the subsectors of the education system. The manuscript was closed in 2020, but the implementation process is still ongoing, thus further changes in the legislations are expected.

The authors of the study (András Derényi, Éva Farkas, Judit Ütőné Visi) are experts in the fields of higher education, vocational education, adult training and public education, and have been working on the development of the HuQF and promoting the use of learning outcomes for several years.
